"I would highly recommend Christian Figge for project management services. I first met Figge in 2015 when I hired him and his company to do a huge whole house paint job. Figge was serving in a hands on capacity at the time and was on site nearly every day, I was able to get to know him well. Despite himself painting as well as leading a crew of painters, he was so much more than just a painter. At that time, I was doing a home remodeling project and had contractors coming and going all day for months. It was Figge who would keep ears out and eyes open to ensure all of my other contractors were doing what they should be doing, even though it wasn't his responsibility. I was new to remodeling and so I appreciated his extra attention to what wasn't under his leadership, but it was obvious he wanted to make sure everyone was being fair and providing high quality work. Figge is very detail oriented and wanted to make sure everything was perfect throughout the process. And every detail was. We still admire and appreciate their work even 5 years later.
Through that project and several more over the last 5 years Figge has become a friend to us. We have entrusted him to watch over our home and dogs while we traveled, and I would hand him the keys to my home with sincere trust any day. I recommend him to oversee and lead a multitude of projects."

“My husband and I were ‘simply’ replacing the bathroom and kitchen floors. However, each step of the project became more complicated and expensive when they discovered mold underneath the bathroom floor, problems with the toilet valves and rings underneath, and on and on.
We got 3 quotes from mold mitigators that were in the thousands of dollars, which didn’t even include the reconstruction aspect. We were beside ourselves with unexpected costs and complications.
We called Figge who brought in his workers which saved us from spending many thousands of dollars on unnecessary work. He also spoke with our insurance, and arranged a plumber to come in at a much more reasonable rate. We feel that his work saved us not only time but a great deal of money.”

"We started construction on a complete kitchen remodel in November 2021. Our designer/general contractor and his subcontractors worked off and on for about 4 or so months, doing good work. But there were many weeks where we never saw a single worker, and some weeks where a contractor dropped in for ½ hour or so. We knew that some of the problems were likely related to COVID, however, we often were not able to find out why there were interminable delays. We became very frustrated not knowing what many of the holdups were or when work would continue. Finally, the general contractor brought in Christian Figge to assist with shepherding some parts of the project toward completion. Immediately work began in earnest; Figge was able to identify and bring in several subcontractors on short notice who did very good work and who made visible progress toward completion in a very short time. (Interestingly, now that Figge is no longer intimately involved in the project, work has come to a standstill again.)
During the time Figge was involved, he ensured that communication met our expectations. It was substantially improved and we were kept in the loop going forward. He handled some fairly sensitive communication issues very well. Figge was very responsive to all of our inquiries, and did an excellent job resolving any issues that arose. He also went out of his way and volunteered to help us on his own time to move a refrigerator to our garage (not included as part of the remodeling project). He always seemed to now how to get something done and find good people to do it. We trust him and his subcontractors completely. Last, but not least, we really enjoyed working with him; he has a very engaging personality. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you choose him to be your liaison in guiding and managing your house-related projects. We highly recommend him!"

"I own a house in NE Boulder, and on Fri 2/17/23 my tenants got an outrageous utility bill and called Xcel to have them check my house, and they found some gas leaks, and shut off the gas, leaving my tenants with no heat or hot water or stove. I called many plumbers and could not find anyone to come out till Mon 2/20 at the earliest.
I knew Figge at VAST Consulting and spoke with him around 4 PM on Friday 2/17/23 Frantic. He calmed me down, and told me he had some plumber connections and he would get on the phone right away and within an hour he found someone who came over at 5:30 to look at my leaky situation.
With a deep freeze forecasted for Tuesday night 2/21 he agreed to work the weekend to fix the problems. With temperatures dropping on Tuesday they finished the job and got my gas turned on right away.
Without Figge I truly would of had frozen pipes, and a lot bigger problems. Figge is a man of his word with high integrity who cares about your situation and has connections with contractors that also have integrity about getting your job done right. He’s got a winning team working for you, so I would highly recommend him for any job. It’ll take the worry out of your job. I feel lucky to have him there when I needed someone. He is easy to talk to and cares about your job, and is easy to work with. He impressed me and I’m not easily impressed. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. I hope you’re never in my position, but you owe it to yourself to have him on your team if you do.
